They’ll want to know all the information that goes along with owning such a large expanse of land, such as tax assessments, land surveys, and water rights.

Running a business on-site or building new construction on the premises might require zoning clearances, access to local utilities, and knowing the locations of water wells. Do your research and have these details compiled and ready to present to all potential buyers.

2. Know Your Location
